Chocolate Brownies
- 2 large eggs
- 7 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Allow paper to overhang on all sides of pan. Beat eggs with an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or a hand mixer, at high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in brownie mix. Add butter and beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
